Our professional workshop service at a glance:

• Every device sent in will undergo a wipe disinfection as well as an initial check to determine its current state.
• Following this, you will receive a detailed cost quotation for the service works that must be carried out.
• Once you have released the order, we guarantee processing within 5 working days.
• As soon as we have finished our works, you will receive a notice to enable tracking of your shipment.
• Finally you will get back your checked device together with a record of the works undertaken and tests carried out. The device will be sent in a sturdy and well-padded carton.

Provision of rental devices:

• If requested you can get a low-cost rental device from us beforehand in order to ensure uninterrupted care of your patients.
• Our rental devices are exclusively sent in specially padded transport cases.
• After having installed our bridging device in your ward, you can pack the device to be checked by us into our transport case– thus any damage to your device can be excluded.
